Group visits
We have a range of options and menus available suitable for groups and coach parties, and we can also arrange bespoke packages upon request.
The Waterside Rollesby is perfect for an excursion or a relaxing stop off, on the way to or from one of our many local seaside towns or the historic city of Norwich. We’re located in the Broads, just 7 miles from Great Yarmouth and 15 miles from Norwich.
We have a range of unique activities such as a boat tour on ‘Gentleman Jim’, our elegant Edwardian Launch. This tour is extremely popular, especially as it provides information on the development and history of the Broads with a constant variation of wildlife, including the occasional sighting of the resident bitterns. The launch seats twelve people and the tour lasts approximately 30 minutes.
Whilst some visitors enjoy the boat tour, others can view the wildlife from the bird hide, visit our herb garden and of course, sample the wide-ranging menu for light lunches, snacks, cakes, pastries and afternoon teas.
Our popular Waterside for Groups package includes a trip on ‘Gentleman Jim’ and either a light lunch between 11.30am and 12.30pm or 2.00pm and 3.00pm, or if preferable, afternoon tea served between 2.30pm and 4.30pm. Alternatively, you can simply bring your customers along, on a mutually agreed date, and allow them to enjoy the facilities at their own leisure.
