Access for all

The Waterside prides itself on the welcome we offer all visitors. We have full access to the restaurant for persons using wheelchairs, the physically and mentially impaired. It is easy access via shale pathways to the boating jetty, the children’s play area, the bird hide, putting area and our wonderful outside terrace overlooking the Broad.

Car parking

Our car park currently has three dedicated blue badge holder spaces with a further two to be added early 2012.

Other visitors that have restricted mobility are welcome to be dropped off and collected at the main reception entrance by arrangement.

Part of the car park surface is gravel and may be slightly bumpy for wheelchair users, however flat pathways are all close by.

Toilets
We have a fully accessible toilet including baby changing facilities in the main restaurant complex.

Assistance dogs are very welcome at The Waterside.
